Hello
Thank you so much for visiting my blog, it’s so encouraging as I am just starting out blogging :-).
I of course love anything tea related, and yes, I agree with Tony that there should be a time in the day where people are required to just relax, have a cup of tea and something sweet to just take a break from it all. I love these Malay cakes you have posted in the picture, the color is so vibrant, what are these cake made of exactly? If you could pass a recipe or an idea of what’s in them that would be great.
Hi there, welcome to the blogging world – it’s lots of fun.
Malay cakes are usually made of coconut milk and palm sugar (these can be found in the Asian supermarkets). The green color is from the pandan, or pandanus leaves. These cakes were made by my cousin. I’ll try to get the recipe from her, and pass it to you. Happy blogging.:)
I love teatime… and you display your tea things beautifully. 😉
Thanks for the compliment.:)
Teh Tarikkkk ade???
Haha…kadang-kadang ada.:)
Makes me want a cup right now. Mmmmm….
Thanks for the visit, and enjoy your cuppa.:)
Yummy. I like such time.
Yes, teatime can be relaxing, too.
I am looking forward to have more Malay kuehs… Especially the one with the coconut rice.
Great…happy sampling.:)
I love Tea Time. It should be a world wide rule.
LOL…agree.
